Hydrogen fuel cell powertrains enable zero-emission flight
HAPSS: Pioneering the Future of Zero-Emission Aviation
HAPSS is a groundbreaking project focused on retrofitting existing aircraft, such as the Dash 8-300, with hydrogen-powered fuel cells, driving the aviation industry towards a greener future. Our goal is to have the first hydrogen-powered aircraft flying by 2029.

PARTNERS
Our success depends on strong partnerships across various sectors. HAPSS collaborates with key players in supply chain management, engineering, academia, and regulatory bodies. Notable partners include De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. We also work closely with Rotterdam The Hague Airport, which serves as the strategic hydrogen hub for the project, alongside leading Dutch academic and research institutions such as TU Delft and Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR).
